Recent DVDFab releases have a bug where the aspect ratio of the completed DVD is incorrect resulting in a stretched playback image. Here are results from my most recent BDs (all R1):
Captain America (correct)
Cars 2 (incorrect)
Green Lantern (incorrect)
Pirates of the Caribbean 4 (incorrect)
Steps to reproduce are:
Reverting to version 8.0.8.5 worked for Cars 2 and I have not yet tried it on the other failures. Encoding and decoding is software only. I have included screen shots from DVD Ripper to show the BD original and completed DVD aspect ratios.
Somewhat related, the subtitle tracks are present in the DVD but are not visible when enabled. I'm guessing they are being placed off the screen or something.

- BD to DVD with target folder size DVD5
