Conversion failure on Non- Commerical Blu-Ray

Home produced blu-ray from an off the air recording of a football game - no encryption. Produced from 4 h.264 m2ts It plays on all my blu-ray players: settop, and two computer internal burners.

But I get the 504 error when I try to convert it to regular DVD.

Any suggestions?
