Blu-Ray to DVD Problem: Work 1 failed. Error = 504.00 1 1

I've tried several time to convert this BluRay to DVD and I keep getting this error message. I've tried using the ISO File and I get the same error code. Here's all the log file says:

Hi pgloomis,
Please select disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding in common settings->General->A/V codec page and then try it again.

Tried after disabling all Codecs: Immediate Failure again, here's the log:
