No forced subtitles using Blu-ray to DVD.

Hi,
I'm trying to convert "Welcome to the Jungle" blu-ray (aka The Rundown) to DVD but I cannot get the forced subtitles to come up. They are included in the first stream along with normal subtitles from what I can tell via DVDsubedit.
I've checked vatious forum topics but I cannot get it to work. I have managed to get it working OK in movies like Avatar blu-ray.
Any suggestions? Has anyone copied this movie with forced subs on?

OK ... forget this post ... I'm not sure how but after fiddling around for a couple of hours today it seems to have worked OK and forced subtitles are included in the DVD copy.

Hi Fred，
Firstly you should make sure that the subtitles contain forced subtitle. You can see it from the internal log. DVDFab can do with the forced subtitle discovered by Fab in BD to DVD. Posting the internal log is welcome.
