Planes & Frances Ha - Any Blu-Ray

When I attempt to convert my Blu-Ray to DVD I get to the start menu and then it just sits there with no progress. I've tried dropping out all extras and just convert the movie only with the same results. Did not have this problem with earlier versions. Anyone have any ideas on how to proceed?
