    Subtitles and Audio questions

I'm not sure about some of the settings in Blu-ray to DVD.
My resulting DVDs always have the subtitles turned on.
I have tried several different players, but the subtitles are always on, and I have to find the setting on the player to turn them off.
I found the (Blu-ray to DVD) setting on how to remove them, but is there a setting to just have them turned off by default?

Also, is there any way to boost the audio volume in the DVD output.
The volume always seems to come out much lower than the original Blu-ray.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

I have the same issue with backups and subtitles. If you don't want subs you can select none as follows but they'll never be there and you'll never be able to turn them on:

I know of no way to increase the volume on this operation, I just always figured you lose a lot of the audio track like the loss in the video stream.
