BD to DVD BD to DVD no audio track

Version 9.

BD to DVD results in perfect video, but no soundtrack - the VLC player's "audio track" checkbox is greyed out. This happens with both burned discs and hard drive test conversions.

While preparing the conversion, the "video bitrate" is displayed, but "audio bitrate" is not; "audio bitrate" is shown when converting from BD to MP4, however.

Any ideas why BD to DVD isn't giving a sound track?

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
