DVD to BD Blu-Ray Title Menu problems.

Is there a tutorial for using the Blu-Ray Title/menu application?
I cannot figure out how to "attach" a title to it's appropriate DVD when backing-up 4 -5 DVD's on to one Blu-ray!

Thanks for the link but I've read those instructions before, but I was hoping for something more detailed about how to use the "Menu"creator itself...ie. does one create ONE menu for the entire Blu-ray, or one each for the individual DVDs that are backed-up on that Blu-ray, if so how is each title "linked" to it's appropriate DVD?
