BD to DVD European BD - alaway get converted to NTSC DVD ?

I have noticed that my European BDs always get converted to NTSC DVDs at 720x480. Why not PAL DVDs which could have a higher resolution of 720x576 ? There seems to be no setting to change that, right ?
Will that be feature in a future release of DVDFAB ?
