Program appears to hang at %.02

Hello,

I just purchased DVDFab bluray to DVD today. I loaded the program, stuck a Bluray movie in the player and a blank DVD in my burner. I then went through the options and when I click start, the status screen says

"DXVA GPU acceleration for video encoding enabled"

and the percent stays at %.02 and then sits there. My first attempt it sat at .02 percent for 2 hours.

Any ideas? Setting that might need to be changed?

Please Open Fab click the Click the Green √ at top right corner of the DVDFab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, set Video Decoder to Software and set Video Encoder to Software restart Fab and try again.
