Removal for Blu-ray Chappie not offered Cinavia removal?

2015 Cinavia list has Chappie4K 16jun, printed in black.
Mac blu-ray copy movie, a pop up states it has Cinavia.
However in the pull down for 7.1 output, no Cinavia logo is there to click on.

My blu-ray is described as Chappie. Not Chappie4k as listed on DVDfab.
Would that matter?
Why no option to remove Cinavia?

I'm a bit frustrated (and read I'm not alone) that this programs ease of use and sucess rate is disheartening.

I'm posting what's happening when I use it, to inform DVDfab and other users in case it's happening to them; to find out why and how to get it to do what it's suppose to.
