Removal for Blu-ray Cinavia help

Hey Im having trouble with using cinavia remover. Its activated and bluray states it has detected cinavia. When i follow the guide it shows you how to x out the cinavia under audio. But mine only has a black arrow only beside it and no cinavia symbol. It shows in the title shows at the end that there is cinavia present. Help am i missing something. Sorry for the dumb questions.

Thanks I went through all this. unless I'm missing something. In the audio section when i click on which audio track there is no cinavia logo beside any of the audio titles. The Title is supported The Hunger Games Mockingly pt 2.

sorry i re read titles and my mistake title above is not supported yet as is it not in green yet. my bad thanks for you help
