Removal for DVD Sicario

Attempted to copy Sicario BD using the same original disc I have used in the past due to scratching the first copy made.The copy process stopped after several minutes and the Cinavia screen started up along with the program, leaving the first attempted burn nowhere to be found. Just recently updated to 10.0.0.6.2. I have never had this type of issue before. Any assistance or suggestions would be appreciated

and or checking the disc for defects / scratches ect
