  • Removal for Blu-ray Hotel Transylvania 2 in 2D and 3D

    Hi
    Please can you assist. Hotel Transylvania 2 3D disk removes cinavia but the 2D disk is not picking it up. The disk is UK and is region free. I have attached the log. If you need anything further please let me know.

    it shows disc is supported - http://blog.dvdfab.cn/cinavia-protec...tml#discs_list
    make sure that you are using version 11.0.0.1 or higher.

      Your log file is not complete. A complete log session should start with something like DVDFab 11.0.1.2 (2019/01/07 15:05:14) (X64)

      Anyway, we are checking the 2D version of this movie. Any news, we will update you.
      DVDFab log default location:
      For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab11\Log
      For Mac: Finder>Documents>DVDFab11>Log

      DVDFab Player 5:
      For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log
      For Mac: Finder>Documents>DVDFab Player 5>Log

          Hi,

          Please retry and tell me the result, it's fixed on server, DVDFab can detect the disc as Cinavia protected disc now.

          Please post your logs the default location is:
          For DVDFab9_Win7 & Win8 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab9\Log
          For DVDFab10_Win7 & Win8 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab10\Log
          For Mac: /User/User name/Documents/DVDFab10/Log
          Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
          If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
