Hi bonjoy,

1) Please click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Pathplayer", active/deactive it to copy your movies again.

2) Please try using both Full Disc and Main Movie mode to copy this movie "A Christmas Carol " and see the result.

I did what you suggested and I get the error box that says "Reading/Writing error Error while reading - Please choose i.e. retry, ignore etc.

I'm getting very flustrated.

Hi bonjoy,

First, please clean the disc and the drive;

Second, please open "Common Settings" window> click on "Read"> select "ignore all the reading errors automatically".

And set "Pathplayer" as Always Enable, then restart DVDFab to copy the movie again. Thanks.
