Newly released DVD's

I can not seem to get The new TinkerBell Lost Treasure or the new GI Joe Rise of the Cobra to record and before you ask I do have the latest rev. I tried to record the full movie with dual layer and it states my quality to be about 50%. When I go for the the main movie at single layer it shows quality at 80%. The real problem is when I ask the program to start it does nothing and does not give me any error messages. Sounds like another software update. Anyone have any ideas
