I am trying to copy the movie The Princess And the Frog & the software freezes up at open DVD source. I did the last update available but it didn't fix the problem

Please give this a read through if this does not work post your log files the default location is:
For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
Please just attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s) and post right here.

Is your source disk scratched?
Have you cleaned it?
Have you used VSO Inspector to scan it for errors?
