Problems copying The Pacific Disk 1

I am having problems copying The Pacific Mini Series Disk 1 on a DVD.
It gets stuck on the Scanning the media/Open dvd source, becomes unresponsive and the program freezes, I only have this problem with The Pacific and no other DVDs.

I know it's a fairly new DVD but there are already a number of programs that can deal with it.

When is the DVDFAB will be up to date to handle the new stuff before or at the same time with a number of other programs

i had no problem with that disk running win. 2000 pro dvdfab 8.0.5.3
