Copied but freezes in DVD player

    Hi all!

I tried copying a disc, and was told Process Completed Successfully. When I put it into my DVD player, it froze, didn't play past the "Play" (no "menu", i.e.) and I had to eject the disc, couldn't even stop it with the remote.

I tried it again, and same thing happened with a newly burned disc. Then, I put the disc into my computer - lo and behold, it worked. I've had NO problems with discs using DVD Fab since first getting it - many discs ago...why is this happening, and how do I fix it?

    Thanks!

We're happy to try and help, but without specifics,
    it's all just guesswork.
    Please post a burn log:

    The default location is:

    For Win7
    C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or for XP
    C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

          Hi tigress

Along with AGJ's advice your drive is in PIO mode, Open Fab Click the Green top right > General > make sure Check for DMA Automatically is Checked and also Click the Reset DMA to the right click OK and restart Fab.
