Hi yoshimiwinz

If this is an older movie and you may have to disable path player Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Path Player click Disable Path Player click OK restart Fab and try again, just remember to set it back to Always Enabled.
Also is this a copy of a movie or an original disc? Reason for asking is this is a region free disc with no protection

Thanks CBR, I'm trying another burn with PP disabled.

This is an original disc, NTSC.

Any other thoughts as to what might be causing this? It's a brand new movie....

Not sure without more information movie name, logs.....

Also the analysis from DVDFab may be different from passkey if you did not disable passkey and it analyzing the disc, another note do not run them both together as they may cause conflicts with each other.
