For two days in a row I have tried to copy Winter's Bone with 8.0.5.6 unsuccessfully. Both days it took 6 hours to make a temporary file copy but then the program stops responding. At this point I have about given up as even if I close and restart the program I can't figure out how to make it start where it left off. I can download the latest version but I don't know whether that will be any better as I don't know what the problem is.

Thanks. I did download 8.0.6.1 yesterday and it copied the film for another six long hours and ended up with it in the temporary folder and then got stuck again before burning. I waited half an hour and finally clicked on it and once again got the message that the program was not responding. After a while I gave up.Comment

Hi, joyceww
1. Please rip this disc to HDD, and try to play it by VLC or other players.
2. If success, change another brand blank disc like verbatim to burn it using imgburn(free).
