Wing and a Prayer - Main movie not available to copy

VmWare Fusion Version 3.1.2
Windows Home Premium 7 x64

I selected DVD Copy - Main Movie. The only titles and chapters shown are as follows:

Title 6 Chapter 2 - 1:43
Title 1 Chapter 31 - 0:15

Title 6 is nothing more than one minute and 43 seconds of advertisements. The main movie is not available for selection. I only noticed the duration was so short after I had selected it for copying and it only took a few seconds. It is probably pointless to provide the contents of the burn log, but I will just in case you want to look at it.

Just for kicks, I tried playing the movie with Windows Media Player and got the following error:

Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card.

I checked for updates and none were available. I also tried re-installing VmWare Tools and got the same results.

I downloaded VLC Media Player for Windows and was able to play the movie without any problems. All chapters were viewable.

I also tried using Handbrake on the Macintosh and was able to access all movie content on the disk.

At this point, I don't know what else to try. I have copied several other DVDs using Windows under VmWare with no problems. This is the first movie I have had any issues with.

Please try to disable PathPlayer.

This has got to be the best (and fastest) customer service ever. I disabled PathPlayer and all the titles and chapters are now available. The copy is underway, but I have little doubt there will be any problems.

Just remember to set it back to Always Enabled when done or you will be posting why Fab will not work on newer releases.
