So I have a netbook and I bought a portable disc drive. DvdFab opened when i first plugged it in, it copied the movie, but than when i went to write it on a disc it froze up. Now it won't open when i have the portable disc plugged in, and when i open dvdfab before plugging in my disc drive it opens, but freezes when i plug in the drive. Help!

Put a DVD in the drive and close the tray.
Then start up Fab, and see if it opens the DVD.
You didn't send us any specs on this portable drive... you sure it's capable of writing to a blank DVD??
