Scooby Doo 2 Monsters Unleashed problem ripping

My son is trying to rip/burn a copy of 'Scooby Doo 2'. We have both DVDFab 7 and DVDFab 8 on his laptop and tried both versions. The program goes as far as 'opening DVD source' and then seems to stick there. We tried ripping/burning another DVD right after and it went through fine. We are novices at this. Any ideas/suggestions for this particular DVD?

Try disabling PathPlayer for this movie.

Click the green circle with the white check mark in it and then you'll see "PathPlayer" in the list.

You should really use the latest release DVDFab 8.0.6.6 but the version you are using should be able to do this 2005 DVD release. I have a feeling this DVD may be dirty/scratched as the region 3 DVD I have for this title works just fine with DVDFab 8.0.6.6

                rip/burn issue with Scooby Doo

I concur with using the latest release. I have this movie on DVD (standard, not Blu-Ray) and it worked fine. If you can call ripping anything with Scooby--Doo fine (lol).
