Knight & Day not showing movie to back up

I am having trouble ripping Knight & Day to a disk / file / ipod. The film is not recognised.

I am using DFDfab 8.0.6.7.

It asks the region, 2 is selected.

It then shows 3 items that can be copied:

a 12 second play time movie,
a 24 second play time movie
a 46 second play time movie

That is all.

These 3 small movies are to do with how to get a digital copy of the movie from iTunes.

The full movie is not recognised in DVDfab.

If anyone knows what I can do to backup the disk, please let me know or perhaps there could be a patch for the software.

Please disable PathPlayer.

strange that disabling Pathplayer worked for the region 2 version when you need pathplayer Always enabled for the region 1 DVD must have different copy protection on the region 2
