Eclispe won't copy even with latest update.

I bought Eclipse at my local video store that was going out of business, so it was one of those previously viewed copies. I seems that it won't read the disk. Tried using passkey, but that says no disk. I am kind of new to DVDfab am I doing something wrong or is it the disk, it plays fine in my dvd player....
