DVD Copy cannot Customize

Tried to click support tab, but 404. i registration says DVD Copy (Gold) Never Expire it is version 8.0.6.8 but when I try to click Customize a window comes up saying:

The “Customize” feature is available in DVD Copy.
Please check it out at the www.dvdfab.com

do I have the full version? would like to do Split Customize also. thanks

The Option you want to use is not available for (Gold) version as that was never offered for that product. I believe the only options you have available to you is Full Disc, Main Movie and Clone Mode. If you want the other options you would need to contact DVDFab support to see what you need to do
