    coping dvd.s

    i have used dvdfab for over 1 year andhad no problems at all untill i tried to copy sorcers apprentiss. all i get is a message read error and write error i have tried older dvds and the same happens again i have 2 dvd drives tried both just the same message. before christmas i did manage to copy the sorcers apprentiss. iam using windows 7 premium edtion i tried to update the firmware on both drives i have the lastest version of both it seems odd that copying sorcers apprentiss worked ok the first time and not now

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal and Burn log(s) and post right here.

        Unfortunately there is nothing in your log that may help with your problem, could you please post the rest of the logs including the process logs.

          i can not upload the proccess log at the moment my system is a acer core 2 duo 1.86ghz windows 7 home premium 2 dvd drives. a.t..i hd 3400 graphics card. 3.5 mb of ram. the only thing i have changed is avast free programme update. dvd shrink 3.2 malware bytes nero 7 ultra edtion, i will try to resend the proccess log as well.

            I'll state the obvious. Did you check for scratches on the disc? Since this is a Disney movie, I'm guessing there might be little people handling the discs that are less than careful.
