help burning DVD's

using DVD Fab 5.2.2.2

DVD's will copy to temp folder fine but when I enter a blank DVD for Burning I get an error message "DVD Fab has stopped working" and the programme closes

Windows offers no resolution, to Burn onto DVD I then have to locate the temp folder and burn that way

please could anyone help?

Well for starter's you need to update to the latest release as old versions can not do the new copy protection on the new DVDs. Here is link to the latest Beta http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=31
Now since you use V5 you need to get a V6 key and to do that go to this link http://www.dvdfab.com/retrieveregkey.htm you will need the email address that you originally purchased the program with
