    v8.0.7.3 Main movie not showing up - can't copy Main movie

    I have a registered version 8.0.7.3. running on Windows 7 x64. When trying to rip (DVD Copy - Main Movie or Split) the Norwegian movie Knerten gifter seg I only see the extras, the main movie is not listed at all. If I choose Full Disc below DVD Copy, the result of the DVD scan shows only a few megabytes of data (probably the size of the extras). I got a tip in some other threads to disable the PathPlayer. When I did that, the Open DVD Source runs for ever (at least several hours)...

    As a last effort, I installed a trial version of other software on my PC. Then I was able to rip the DVD in DVDFab

    Someone having a tip how to troubleshoot?

    I would try with the old version 7.5.0.6 and have PathPlayer enabled. Seen to many threads were the old versions PathPlayer works as it should.

      I'm experiencing just the same - but where do I find 7.5.0.6 or any older version for download?

        7.5.0.6 was a beta and is no longer available, but you can find older versions here http://www.oldapps.com/dvdfab.php

          I tried with 7.5.0.8 but DVDfab freezes. I experience the same problem as pmsundby with 8.0.7.3

            Tried version 6.2.1.8 - no success

            As Theodor already tried 7.5.0.8 without success, I tried the 6.2.1.8 version. The result is the Open DVD Source window scans the DVD for ever, no matter if the PathPlayer is enabled or not.

              Main movie is in title 2.

              Titleset VTS_11 to VTS_16 are bogus.

                v8.0.8.5 solved the problem

                I can confirm after updating DVDFab to the latest version 8.0.8.5 the DVD can be ripped/copied.
