Customize Not Working

I am trying to burn some tv shows, and when I got to customize a window pops up that says "Customize feature is avaliable in DVD copy". So it wont allow me to choose what to put on the disc.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I have had dvdfab gold for like 4 years now, it just randomly started doing this yesterday. How would i go about re registering it?

DVDFab Gold only contains four modes of DVDFab DVD Copy in version8, which are "Full Disc", "Main Movie", "Split" and "Write Data".

If you'd like to use other modes ("Customize", "Customize Split", "Clone" and "Merge") of DVDFab DVD copy, you need to purchase DVDFab DVD Copy at http://www.dvdfab.com/order.htm
