Tried to disable the anti virus program to see if that's the program that is blocking the start?

I am running Microsoft security essentials you think that is causing it?
I will reinstall IE9 RC later today and we will see

Ok I reinstalled IE9 and so far it is not doing it without turning off virus protection.
I was filtering active x before do you think that caused the problem?

            Hi, shoe

            1. Please tell us your VGA card type, try to reinstall VGA driver.
            2. Please try to open DVDFab in safe mode.

            Thanks.
