    strange copy result

    Hi!

Today I tried to copy The Expendables to a folder. The process ran without any problem or error, but the movie shows several times just still pictures for some seconds instead of showing the normal movie.
I tried it again to avoid reading problems. The still pictures showed up again but at other times. I tried another movie and that worked fine.
Is there some sort of protection? Can I try something else?

    My specs:
    Win XP SP 3; Core 2 Duo E6600; 2 GB; NVidia GTS250

Your English is MUCH better than my German...

There are a couple of things you didn't tell us...

1.) Playback - was this the file as-copied to your HD or a burned DVD?
2.) Either way, what did you use for playback?
3.) If it was a burned DVD, please include the actual burn log, as what you posted was what I call a log-header, with no further information about the burn itself (it's a longer file than what you sent us)...

    Please advise.

If using the DVDFab preview screen then that is all you can see is still images so really need to know what DarthCopier asked

        Thanks for the replies.

The tip I needed was the player. I use(d) VLC Media Player V1.1.7. I think, it has a problem with the codec. I tried several settings without any luck.
The windows media player classic - home cinema V1.5 instead did the job well.

The primary behavior is still a little bit strange and I think the DVDFab copy of the same movie makes slightly different results.
