problem copying John Adams movie

    problem copying John Adams movie

    everytime I go to burn it , it won't burn on dvd 5 I even tried an extra capacity blank , Now I'm talking about john adams 3rd disk, I had copied 1 and 2 it's this 3rd one I can't do

    I was on 8.0.7.6 now I just downloaded 8.0.7.8 to try and still no good anybody could tell me !

    Hi breaker,

    1. Please make sure that you set "DVD 5" as the Writable Media Size near the bottom of DVDFab main screen.

    2. Click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, select "Write", set the output size as 4300MB.

    Then copy and burn again.

    3. If you still can not burn to DVD-5, please post your log for further analyzing. Default location is:

    For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or for Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

      Hi, I had the 4300 already set so I just put it all to default afterward and tried copying with spanish and french and it wouldn't work then I removed them two and did english only still it won't copy I' usually use my home desktop but it's having HD problems and it has to be replaced so I use my backup macbook pro with vista just thought i'd mention this

        I cleaned the CD-burner with compressed air and tried that when I read it said dirty but that didn't solve the problem ! it's still won't copy

        any help on this !

          Hi breaker
          Please try to use ImgBurn as your burn engine, it is "free" and you will find a tutorial on setting it up with Fab here
          remember to set up the AWS in ImgBurn and try burning at 4X instead of at max speed.

            Could be that you are using a MATSHITA DVD Drive as they are more problematic than useful
