Cant copy TURBOFIRE workout

I hope someone can help. I'm trying to copy the TURBOFIRE WORKOUT and I keep getting errors, analyzing and attempted copying very slowly. Dont think this means anything but my computer was down and had to reinstall everything. I just installed the latest DFAB and I tried coping using my DVD DRIVE and my BLURAY DRIVE and still get the same thing, slow movement and errors. Heres everything from my logs and hopefully someone can help. Tried using dvd9 also.

As AGJ said, clean the disk but it must be noted that quite a few low-volume DVD's such as this are poorly authored or of low quality pressing which cannot be seen as a blemish and cause perennial problems.
