DVDFab 8.0.8.5 cannot read Bevery Hill Chihuahua 2 DVD. Am I the only one with the issue?

DVDFab does not have a problem with this movie.
Region 1&4
Movie only.

Have you cleaned the disc?
Is it scratched?

Post details of what you are doing.

If there is no problem with Dvdfab it is probably the small scratch on the dvd that creates the problem. Just wanted to make sure, I will have to get a new one.

fwiw I used VSO Inspector, everything 'looked okay' but I did update my firmware yesterday on my DVD-R. (Samsung SH-S-183L)

I have loaded v8.0.8.7 and tried with it. Instead of locking up I got the must enable pathplayer to copy popup, DVDFab restarted and it seems to have copied to iso properly.
Will need to test playback to confirm.

I returned the movie but had similar failures with Disney movies "Popeye" and "Princess Diaries". I've got 8.0.8.8 Qt and it does recognize the title of the DVD, asks me what region, but then fails to recognize it within the main program.

Actually ... looks like user error? *doh*

Just a little while ago, I tried “Princess Diaries” again and was given some message that referred to an expired trial license of “PassKey”. So, I uninstalled "PassKey" and just ran DVDFab and it recognized the DVD. Not sure why I need PassKey?

Admin Note: You don't. Let DVDFab handle the decrypting.
