For some reason this disc takes forever to copy. I've let it go as long as 6 hours before and it still wasn't done. Currently right now it tells me it will take some 18 hours to copy the disc.

After 9 hours 32 minutes and 68%, its still copying! -
Use the reset DMA in common settings of DVDFab to see if that works and as well post the Internal log file like requested as you posted burn log file.
I did notice in the burn log that you selected a 8x burn speed and you should lower that to 4x so you not have a coasterComment
