The issue is the verification function in VSO...worthless...JMO
    The disc plays ok right?

If you want a reliable verify function...use Img
I never bother with verify myself, but I use Img just about 100% of the time.
I verify by watching the disc...

Img = greater reliablility, much more configurable.
I especially like the Automatic Write Speed option
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

yes, thanks the disc is fine, just the verify failed, first attempt to write data as i just purchased dvdfab, so your suggesting to scrap vso buring engine and use imgburn to write the data instead

Well, you have a couple of options anyway.
VSO works well for many users (for me too as a matter of fact).
If you wish to continue to use it, uncheck verify in Common Settings > Write.
It doesn't work for beans anyway.

If you wish to avail yourself of the verify option, then use Img.
Like I said, I prefer Img overall regardless.

Sorry, just a point of clarification.
The verify function can be used in any of the modes.
It's not confined to Write Data mode
