Trying to backup BBC version of "The 39 Steps"

I am trying to backup a copy of the BBC remake of "The 39 Steps"
which came out in 2008.
The backup fails around the 96-97% of the disk being copied to hard drive and before the writing starts. I have tried it with 2 different disks and 2 different dvd drives. I am using version 8.0.8.5 of DVDFab.

hi I've had a few BBC discs do this to me. They are bad quality in my opinion. Some of them I got to work with disabling pathplayer. I'm not saying it will work for you but it's worth a try.
