Having a difficult time getting through this software

. I am fairly new member of this community. I have a couple of questions that I need answered in order for me to maneuver through it.
Dragging and dropping files, mine does not work
seems to act differently at times?
if i'm not there w/ it completes , then 'im unable to drag ts' please help..

What files are you trying to drag? There is no drag-and-drop in DVDFab that I can remember.

The key point is what files are you trying to drag, ripped by DVD Copy or the other copying software? and from which location, HDD or optical drive?
