    Hannah Montana is oversized

    Hanna Montana DVD: Hannah Montana - Vol 2:4

    Stuff also sent through the programs report function.

    First try with the 8092 version. The DVD is oversized.





    Now with the older 7 version it works as it should and the file size is "normal".

    Why is it turned off? Seems to be that that makes the DVD go wrong and if I try to rip it, the fake reading errors shows up and the rip is no good.

              Old version 7 worked like a charm with this Hannah Montana DVD, but it's a bit of something that you still have to have that old version installed solely for a purpose that the latest version should be able to fix.

                Another thread also with a Disney episodical movie.



                Tried Miss Montana with the version prior to 8.0.8.2 and this version 8.0.7.3 works as it should, so it seems this update broke her.

                    We now have version 8.1.0.0 and it is still a joke with structure protected episodical DVDs.

                    Take a Swedish release this week - Bert 3.

                    A no go with the current version and the old outdated version fixes it like a hot knife through butter.

                        After I download any new version of DVDFab, I test it with Zorro, The Complete First Season to see if the newest version can properly read the disc. So far, none of the new versions work on this disc.

                        As I recall, this disc (and others) cause pathplayer to automatically be disabled and DVDFab is fooled into reading the disc as being 30 or 40GB in size.

                        As long as the DVDFab team is aware of the problem I guess they will in time correct the fault. I still keep four older versions of DVDFab on my desktop as backup when the newest version fails to do the job.
