Difficulty with DVDfab

    Difficulty with DVDfab

    After I open dvdfab, the open dvd source box appears and after a few minutes a box pops up and says that there is an error and windows will contact me if they find a solution. There is no code or anything that appears with it.

    while windows is looking for solution, please provide us with basic information, e.g. your machine's OS, configuration, DVDFab logs. Without it we wouldn't be able to help you.

        Your erropr code is this:
        102 DVD_Error_ReadFile

        It seems you experiencing this error only with one given DVD. Most likely it it dirty or scratched and you need to clean it (even if you think there's no dirt). If it doesn't work, you have misspress (manufacturing defect) on you hand and you should take this DVD back to counter for an exchange.
