    Just a quick question

When I tried viewing my last DVD project on my DVD Player, I encountered some pixalating images & audio issues. Just wondering what could be the cause? Using Verbatim Lightscribe DVD+R discs.

Otherwise, I absolutely love this program!!

Just a quick answer. There are number of factors that could cause these instances. Most common (in order of frequency):
    (a) Interruption of encoding/decoding process by background processes in computer. That's why we all on this forum tirelessly keep repeating again and again - please kill all background processes, autoupdates, antivirus, etc. And oh, do not play solitaire while converting videos, just leave your machine along!
    (b) Brief writing errors due to a speed settings being too high. Golden rule - set you writing speed to a half of what box of blanks is bragging.
    (c) Weird coding of original content sometimes creates a hiccup during hardware accelerated process (CUDA, DXVA, etc.). In this case, try to set your A/V settings to a "Software", both decoding and encoding, or use CoreAVC codec for encoding AVC content.
    I hope this will help.
