What did you do when it crashed? Ripping/converting something?

Any error message on the screen?

The only way to get a 6 core AMD system to run with FAB is to install and then go into compatibly settings and play to get it to work. This has been posted back to January of this year. If FAB team would set up a 6 core amd system I bet they will find the 6 core problem and the Windows XP problem all at the same time!!!! Try Changing setting to get it to run, But then you will have to go into affinity every time you run it before you start a movie and change it to 6 cores. Let me know if it works it has worked for most with this system. It is a pain but until Fab team finds and fixes that is all there is.

I have had the 6 core since it came out. No other dvdfab product has acted this way. I tried to uninstall then restart and install last beta version as it worked but it is not closing also.

As to errors no i recived and email from dvdfab about the new release and so went and downloaded it and opened it. Havent treid with a movie yet i plan on having it fixed b4 i need it for a movie.

Still have version 8.0.8.2 istalled and it works fine. but it is not the QT version.

Did you pay for the full version of dvdfab or are you using the free version.\

Side note the new beta version works for me. 8.0.9.9

Don't know where you got this information from but I use CCleaner on my Windows 7 64 bit registry at least once a week and most times more often than that. I use it at every new relese for sure along with the cleaner to remove the old prefetch stuff. Never an issue.
