DVDFab Bug with Dual Layer DVDs

When I try to burn a DVD (tried several) to a dual-layer disc and the original DVD isn't large enough to require any compression I get prompted by DVDFab that the output only requires single layer....I've seen this before and that's fine. Ever since version 8.1.x when I get this prompt if I click OK it reads and prompts again...it gets stuck in a loop. If I click Cancel the message goes away and the time elapsed starts counting but that's it...it doesn't start decrypting.

Is anyone else experiencing this? This was not an issue in previous versions. I've been using DVDFab for years now.

I'm using the latest version (QT).

    Thanks.
