DVD fab asking for dual layer disc

Hi,
I have tried burning a DVD several times and when finished and ready to write to disc I am aske to insert a dual layer DVD.
The disc I am copying is not large and I have copied onto a normal DVD previously.
Any help much apprecited.

Hi retzbunny,

1. Please click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" > Write, set the Writable Media Size as 4300 (default) or less than 4370MB.

2. Be sure that you select DVD-5 at the bottom of DVDFab main screen to copy and burn;

3. If still have problem, post your logs for analyzing, you can find them:

For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
for Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
