dvdfab open but has problem taking movie

Go into common settings and be sure all A/V codecs are set to software and see if that helps.

all my setting are on software. one question my video card use to show up on a/vcodec at the bottom but it's doesn't anymore make a diffence?

Something not quite right? I think I would unistall, scrub the registry and install from a fresh download.

I unistall and scrub registry 5 time and still does the same thing. So i downloaded an old verison and it's working fine. It still doesn't show the video card on dvdfab but working so far. DALE

Please let me know whether it is a special DVD disc issue or all. You can try other DVD/BD discs.
If it is a special DVD disc issue, please post the whole inform about it by using MedioInfo http://sourceforge.net/projects/mediainfo/.
If it is all discs issue, please try to check in other devices.

I try about 4 diffence disc, they do the same. I guess it could be my video card i just don't know what it could be. Like i said it work find then all sudden it does't work. The video card was showing up on dvdfab and it't not. Just don't know! thanks DALE
