It keeps freezing at 95% when I try to back it up. Is anyone else having this problem? It says error while reading

Read errors can be caused by several things.Originally posted by inkyichi View Post
1. Dirty disc.
2 Scratched disc.
3. Defective disc.
4. Dirty drive.
If the disc is not scratched then try cleaning it no matter how good/clean it looks.

Thank you for you help, it must have been the drive,I used a different one and it work.
