More problems with UP

I am trying to back up my copy of UP and am getting an error which says 'Error while reading'. Then I have the choice to Retry, Abort, Ignore, Ignore All. I am using the registered version 6.2.0.5. Have read through the forums and tried the various things mentioned. I get the error at different times both with Pathplayer enabled and not enabled. Have tried the whole disk and just 27(1). Continue to get errors. There is no problem with the DVD in my DVD player. Have used DVDFab for years, so know how to use it. Any help is appreciated.

Since you have tried changing the Pathplayer settings, all I can offer is cleaning the disc and if that doesn't help then most likely it's a bad pressing which is very common.
