DVD FAB Read error

i am getting a a read error at 31.94% when trying to copy the Indian Region free DVD of Ready with the version 8.1.0.5 qt .i tried with an older version(8.0.8.5) but got stuck at the same point.I also tried disabling the pathplayer & cleaning the disc but still getting the same error.there r no visible scratches on the dvd.
finally i managed to take a full backup with a very old version (dvdfab 5) of the movie.
Hv sent the info file to fentago.
what can be the problem?

1. Please upgrade to DVDFab 8.1.0.6 Beta (QT) at


2. Please click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Read", select "ignore all the reading errors automatically", then try again and see the result.
